This machine is the best special equipment for cleaning coiled wire rods. It uses the shot blasting process to remove the wire rod surface oxide scale and the surface scale layer formed by steel rolling. After the round billet is shot blasted, its entire surface derusting grade reaches Sa2.5, and the surface roughness grade reaches Ra6.3～12.5μm. Compared with pickling treatment, it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. The output can reach 15-20 tons per hour.
The equipment adopts the unique "rotating gate + double cantilever shaft" carrying plate round wire material, realizes the double-station working mode, and greatly improves the production capacity of the equipment. The cantilever shaft is made of special alloy steel, so that the wire rod performs a compound action of "up and down + left and right swing + positive and negative rotation" during the shot blasting process to achieve a thorough cleaning effect. The reasonable arrangement of the shot blasting device enables the inner and outer surfaces of the coiled wire to be effectively hit by the projectile bundle. The whole machine is controlled by PLC intelligently, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

Woring principle
According to the feature of wire rod, the machine adopts German direct-coupled technology, blast wheels are installed on the rear side of the chamber body, and the machine throw out the steel shot which speed is 80m/s to shot blast the wire rod. The machine also meet requirement of efficient automatic shot blasting according to the BE-shaped separator systems, high strength belt elevator, screw conveyor horizontally conveying abrasive (steel shot0,two-stage long fiber polyester filter cartridge dust purification system (inertia +cartridge), automatic + manual HMI electrical control
