KNNJOO Industrial Dust Collector Is Equipped With Shot Blasting Machine. This equipment uses the most advanced and reasonable three-stage dust removal mode, including pipeline, inertial settling chamber, cyclone body, filter cartridge dust collector, dust removal fan and chimney, etc.
Primary dust removal is an inertial settling chamber designed on top of the unit. The settling chamber is an aerodynamically inertial settling chamber, which can achieve effective settlement of the abrasive without pressure loss. In the lower part of the settling chamber, we design a one-way valve to prevent the formation of pneumatic conveying, which can effectively achieve the abrasive settlement. The purpose of this level of dust removal is to prevent the pipe sucting and collecting sand.
The secondary dust removal is cyclone dust collector.
The third dust removal is a new vertical type filter cartridge pulse dust collector. The filter cartridge dust collector adopts the venturi principle pulsed backflushing cleaning system, which has the advantages of low filtering wind speed, high filtering precision, good cleaning effect and long life of the filter cartridge.
The main features of this system:
1. The dust collector of the equipment adopts the vertical filter cartridge for dust removal, the filter cartridge has high utilization rate, good cleaning effect and long service life.
2. Reasonable combination of (Inertial settling chamber +Cyclone Dust Collector + Pulse type back flush high efficiency filter cartridge)
3. The ash discharge valve is arranged in the ash discharge part of the dust collector to prevent pressure loss and secondary dust pollution.
4. The new filter material has the characteristics of small pore size, large gas permeability, smooth surface, excellent water and oil resistance, low resistance, large filtration area and good dust removal effect.
Pulse blowing system:
The venturi system with venturi principle has the advantages of low filtration rate, high filtration precision and good cleaning effect.
